In fact, between the trauma of losing Daniel and Robin and the whole he-looks-exactly-like-her-son’s-stepfather thing, the very notion was so preposterous as to not even occur to her. And then Alice shows up, and he almost dies, and things become a little less clear.

Might at some point write parts of the other 10-plus years they spent together, but for now this is a standalone.
